• Job Details:o Job Description: ✓ Follow Up Debit notes in Aging special to debit notes ✓ Make all credit memo for customers. ✓ Review AR aging to ensure compliance ✓ Post client’s payments and record cash, checks and credit notes transactions. ✓ Follow up on the AR collections. ✓ Update receivables by summarizing unpaid invoices. ✓ Entering Invoices, Returns And all Debit or Credit notes to SAP accounting system. ✓ Making all Bank deposits whether Cash deposits or Checks. ✓ Physical count for sales rep’s and Warehouse`s. ✓ Review returns on sap system after entering by warehousing. ✓ Generate and send out invoices. ✓ Maintain up-to-date billing system. ✓ Follow up on AR Payment and customers outstanding. ✓ Carry out billing, follow collection for invoices according to specific deadlines ✓ Prepare, send and obtain confirmation on outstanding balance clients. ✓ Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities ✓ Follow up customers through orders, debts, returns and repayments. ✓ Settle representatives and the drivers via invoices with the payment whether cash or deferred in additional to review the invoices with PO which related to deferred customers.
