Participate in developing the main objectives of managing tariff accounts, developing and implementing plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving these objectives, and ensuring the existence of accurate frameworks and standards to determine the level of achievement of these plans and objectives . Reviewing and developing policies for managing tariff accounts and ensuring their implementation, supervising all work teams, evaluating their performance and improving their productivity. . Providing appropriate recommendations to the public administration regarding tariff calculations, clarifying obstacles and problems, presenting appropriate solutions to them, discussing them, and supervising their application and implementation. . Supervising the processes of managing tariff accounts, proposing tariff rates for services and how to calculate and collect them, and determining the entity’s needs for resources and administrative requirements to ensure the smooth running of operations and submitting them to the direct manager in preparation for their implementation. . Supervising the process of preparing and preparing summaries and reports that show general achievement rates, presenting them to senior management, informing them of various challenges and developments, and consulting them on various important future issues and initiatives.

Accounting ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Manage financial files and records and ensure adherence to accounting principles, Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions on day-to-day base. Responsible for Month-end & Year-end close process. Manage the trial balance and prepare financial statements on month-end and year-end base. Gathering, monitoring, analyze the financial data, to summarize financial status. Manage the fixed assets register and calculates the monthly depreciation of assets. Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions on daily base (Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable), including generating invoices and account statements, vendor payments, and customer billing.Responsible for monthly analysis of AP, supplier’s down payments, petty cash and prepaid expenses. Responsible for monthly analysis of AR, customers outstanding payments analysis and follow up the collections. Assist in monthly forecast of cash requirements, preparing the payment requests. Control Cash payment by checking and compliance within applicable policy for cash payment. Good knowledge with taxes (VAT, WHT), Ans ensure tax compliance by preparing tax returns in accordance with regulations. Create different reports on expenses, payables, and cash on a monthly, quarterly, and annually basis. Assist in Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance. Submit the error-free necessary reports to the finance manager. The ability to plan work and prepare the appropriate documentary cycle. The ability to complete tasks in cooperation with the work team as required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate financial information effectively to complete assigned tasks within deadlines
