- Job Details:I have worked in two departments at eBay. The first one is called PRCI, which is responsible for monitoring and controlling the listings on the platform. My main task was to review items and determine whether they comply with eBay’s policies. If a listing was found to be in violation, I took the necessary steps to remove it from the site. The second department is M2M (Member to Member), which focuses on direct customer service. In this role, I handled and resolved a wide range of issues for eBay Germany users, both buyers and sellers, ensuring a high level of support and satisfaction.
