• Job Details:Develop and execute strategic preventive maintenance plans based on condition monitoring and industry best practices to maximize utilization and availability to maintain optimal service levels, reduce downtime, and support cost-effective operations. • Manage and optimize daily fleet maintenance operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards to minimize risk and maximize operational reliability. • Ensure seamless execution of preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance programs, and unplanned breakdowns, aligning with industry standards to minimize downtime and optimize asset lifecycle. • Monitor and analyze maintenance and reliability KPIs, including Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and backlog performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives. • Leverage SAP-ERP (SAP Plant Maintenance ) to enhance maintenance planning, asset management, and workflow optimization. • Manage the maintenance and repair of a diverse fleet of heavy equipment, including Caterpillar Equipment, Slag pot carriers (KAMAG , KIROW and CARRIE) and drop ball cranes. • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve failures in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and powertrain systems, including diesel engines, transmissions, and axles. • Oversee maintenance and repair of MAN/MCV heavy tipper trucks, dump trucks, and low-bed trailers, implementing best practices to improve durability and reduce failures. • Manage the maintenance and repair of aggregate processing systems, including crushers, AC Motors, Magnets, screens, conveyors, dust suppression systems, and fog cannons. • Implement advanced maintenance methodologies, Such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), to eliminate recurring failures and enhance equipment reliability. • Generated and submitted detailed reports providing insights fleet status by develop data-driven analytics, smart fleet monitoring, and performance assessments, leveraging technology to improve decision-making and resource allocation. • Manage workforce labor hours, spare parts procurement, and inventory control within budget constraints to optimize cost effectiveness aligned with maintenance needs. • Conduct daily audits to ensure maintenance documentation accuracy, including completed work orders and inspection checklists, to monitor equipment performance and optimize maintenance efficiency. • Monitored and maintained compliance with corporate safety protocols and Mission to Zero initiatives through regular audits and safety meetings. • Assisted in annual budgeting, cost tracking, and resource planning to optimize financial performance , maintenance and operational output.
