• Job Details:1- Direct dealing with clients face to face. 2- Review the balances of customers' daily invoices through the warehouse system. 3- Coordinate of dealings between clients and different departments such as sales, accounts, warehouse and transportation management. 4- Responsible to arrange appointment with the customers to deliver the orders and after sale service . 5- Follow up the steps of special orders manufacturing, to make sure that the delivery will be on time . 6- Preparing monthly and annual analysis reports for senior management on the various problems of clients and ways to solve them. 7- Prepare monthly and annual reports for senior management to determine the extent of customer satisfaction with the company and the products and service provided. 8- I have contributed to the development of the organization by contributing to the development of internal regulations for customer service and dealing with other departments.
