• Job Details:1. Initiated and finished the procurement for all major permanent procurement packages to ensure meeting the project program. 2. Evaluated technical proposals and ensured material compliance to the project specifications and prepared material submittals for Engineer approval. 3. Created detailed-summary bid analysis for each commodity and defined the impact (if any) to facilitate the approval process for top management.

Procurement EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:1. Receive the project file from the Direct Manager to start the packaging phase. 2. Study the aspects, BOQ (bill of quantities), drawings and RFQ. 3. Follow up with the Subcontractor/Suppliers to receive the offers/quotations. 4. Negotiate with subcontractors technically, to insure the compliance with all project requirements as mentioned in the RFQ. 5. Negotiate with supplier /subcontractor to reach the optimum price with the required specifications.
