- Job Details:Organizational development including the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures, organizational charts, Authority matrices etc. Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll-processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, bene ts, taxes, and other deductions. Review the monthly payroll calculation and ensure that all employee transactions have been accurately re ected in the payroll calculation. Preparing regular reports of headcount, overtime, leaves, absenteeism Preparing the labor o ce requirement as 01% payment, Penalty , and any legal requirement Follow up with the absent cases and send all absent & leave letters. Handle the labor o ce inspection Handling employees’ resignation by calculating their nal settlement. Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, annual raises) and system upgrades Be sure that all contract renewal & probation period are handled in correct way on both of manual & HRIS Ensure that all procedures are a compliance with labor regulations Preparing a monthly HR report to the HR Manager Responsible for ensuring all Personnel activities are completed as per labor law, social insurance. Preparing regular reports of social insurance Monthly review the discrepancy between HRIS and Social Print out. Prepare Annual Form 2 with in the legal requirement Follow up with the Medical insurance daily operation. Preparing regular reports of medical insurance as required. Responding to employees’ inquiries, requests and handling employees’ complaints Maintain the HR database and ensuring that its regularly updated Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies Responsible for determining the cost of salaries for new employees for any new project Responsible for preparing the training plan for all departments of the company
