• Job Details:• Providing a wide range of advice to the industrial sector, specifically to assist clients in building there business development plans management strategies, marketing, IT/MIS services, quality standards and certificates, Occupational Health & safety systems , financial services and Productivity enhancement projects (Lean Manufacturing & Six sigma). • Assessing the companies using the company assessment tool to identify the gaps in every department. • Projects Management & HRD Training identifying & auditing. • Awareness with the Quality Management certificates (ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001) • Awareness with the productivity enhancement projects like ( Lean Manufacturing , 5S & Kaizen) • Awareness with the quality standards & certifications • Initiate Terms of Reference (TOR) for several types of projects
