Senior Quality Control ChemistFull Time

• Job Details:▪ Work closely with Production and Planning departments to organize work orders and manufacturing instructions to production. ▪ Work closely Production department and R&D team to organize and Launch production of new products. ▪ Audit Support- Act as main point of contact for all laboratories data for audit preparation and audit support. ▪ Train QC team members to follow and understand Quality Management Systems and lab certification; ISO 9001:2015, ISO 19011:2011 and 5S, TQM and providing direction. ▪ Reports to Manager.

Shift SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:▪ Manage the shift and all direct staff. ▪ Ensure the smooth running of the production and mixing processes. ▪ Ensure that all direct staff comply with the company’s Health and safety procedure.

Raw Materials Chemist Full Time

• Job Details:Sample and inspect the inbound raw material from the lot to make determination of acceptance into company. Record and maintain data as per Company’s quality policies and acceptance standards for raw materials. Prepare test solutions, compounds and reagents for laboratory personnel to conduct tests. Check shelf life of chemicals and coding system of raw material and compounds. Communicate with upstream, downstream teams and quality circle. Identify impact on final product due to non-conformance to company standards and suggest corrective action. Ensure Housekeeping and safety of lots or raw materials in storehouse.
