• Job Details:Follow up all logistics dispatches •Prepares, controls and share all required reports to counterparts •Co-ordinate between our product & service Centre team and courier for missing or delayed shipments • Follows-up shipment till delivery • Responsible for all reports for courier BL •Responsible to check control daily BL and avoid having 2 shipments for same place and bring cost efficiency  •Responsible for billing and SO creation for SAP orders  •Responsible to manage administrative task for between sales and warehousing •Responsible for stock accuracy and Location accuracy for all sales deliveries  •Responsible to update SAP BL, devilry order as well as archiving for POD •Organizing routine follow up with Service centers ,sales and WH . •Communicating with direct Managers on job progression.
