  • Job Details:• Follow up GMP regulations and procedures for quality management system • Ensure timely completion of QA procedures, Dispensing, manufacturing, and packaging and in- process sampling of bulk & finished products. • Packaging Materials sampling and checking before QC Tests. • Review on Returned packaging materials. • Report non-conformance that are identified during routine operations and in process • Monitoring all phases of manufacturing, packaging of products in compliance with relevant standard operating procedures and manufacturing practices • Review procedures and processes for accuracy and completion. • Creation and modification of Master Batch Records with accordance of R&D Department and according to M.O.H Registration. • Batch Record Review according to SOP. • Approval of batch record & release of finished products for marketing • Record GMP deviation reports and follow CAPA system. • Perform change control in case of need. • Check and investigate customers complaints up to corrective and preventive actions. • Check and report internal and external calibration. • Perform Internal audit, Design internal auditing plan, checklists, and conduct the plan and follow up CAPA system • Supervise, support the quality assurance (IPC team) • Full Training of new IPC Specialists and make on job training.
