• Job Details:• Handling all marine matters related to the operations of the unit. • prepare the unit for towing. • Supervising jack up and down, preloading, loading, unloading operations on board and carrying out stability calculations. • Supervising the maintenance of the hull and marine equipment. • Supervising the maintenance of safety equipment like Fire Fighting equipment and Rescue equipment. • Ensure that the Safety Plans, Station Bills, and ways of communications are kept properly updated. • Assist in training, and emergency drills managing. • Supervise the pre job safety meeting with the crew. • Have the responsibility of work permit and risk assessment for each job. • Have the responsibility of contact with the port and all vessels that deal to the rig.
