• Job Details:Projects in Benban Solar Park: • FAS Energy • Taqa Arabia • Shapoorji Pallonji • EDF Solar • ElSewedy Solar Working as Solar PV Site Engineer for the following activities: • Planning phase and preparing method of statement for all activities • Site surveying network • Site land grading (level – slope) • Ramming & Pilling (marking – ramming or pilling – alignment – rectification) • Cable trenches work (Excavation – sand bedding – cable laying – cable spacing – cross road – HDPE – hume pipes) • Cables (DC power – DC solar – LV – MV – FO – Earthing – warning tapes) • Combiner box (panel builder – frame and box installation) • Inverter station installation (inverter – transformer – ring main unit) • Tracker system (torque tubes – rails – hucking – alignment – motorized system – Zigbee communication) • Termination o DC Solar Cables (PV modules, SCB) o DC Power Cables (SCB - Inverter) o LV Cables (Inverter - Transformer) o MV Cables (Transformer - RMU - MCR) o Fiber Optic Cables Splicing (SCB - Inverter - RMU - MCR - NCU) • Earthing system (MCR - Piers - SCB - PV modules - Inverter Station - Earthing Grid) • Installation of PV modules • CCTV • Fence installation • MV switchgear • SCADA system • Compliance with HSE requirements • Preparing quality checklists • Preparing inspection requests • Dealing with NCRs • Pre-Commissioning check • Testing & Commissioning • Final handover for the plant
