• Job Details:- Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings to accurately represent the project design - Prepare technical submittals and negotiate them with the client to ensure alignment with project requirements - Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and other disciplines to identify and resolve design conflicts - Create BIM models or upgrade the existing BIM model to a level of detailing for buildings (Arch.) work as per the schedule for all projects to Facilitate &recognize clashes & and solve them during the process of arranging SD. - Create BOQs for design and build tenders - Preparing invoices
