Coordinate and follow up shipment receipt with Raw Material and Finished Goods into warehouses by sending the invoice and purchase order of each shipment and getting the arrival/receipt report to ensure that the materials have been received, stored properly and to provide the Finance with necessary documents for smooth monthly closing 9. Follow up on suppliers’ payments with the Finance. 10. Handling the non-conformance issues with suppliers. 11. Handling the ordering process of the indirect materials (CAPEX - OPEX) (Approaching Suppliers - Negotiating Prices - Setting Agreements) 12.
