• Job Details:1. Coordinate RM orders with RM Planner by receiving the PR and confirming that all orders have been placed properly to maintain smooth production flow. 2. Checking the historical data of each and every RM to check the efficiency of the required volumes. 3. Planning range of RM after receiving the forecasted volume from sales team considering the following (Re-order point, lead times and safety stocks). 4. Placing RM orders after checking the allocation and price of each RM using the company’s ERP system and liaising with Regional Category Managers to ensure that the RM volume, price and payments terms are not conflicting with the terms of agreement 5. Follow up on RM orders with suppliers by making sure that the set of documents are handled in compliance with authority requirements to ensure that the orders will meet the agreed lead time 6. Issue Incoming Documents for Collection (IDCs) after receiving the original set of documents by coordinating with the banks to get their stamps in order to ensure a smooth clearance process 7. Follow up on RM orders with clearance agents to reduce clearance time and avoid paying demurrages and storage fees 8. Coordinate and follow up shipment receipt with Raw Material and Finished Goods into warehouses by sending the invoice and purchase order of each shipment and getting the arrival/receipt report to ensure that the materials have been received, stored properly and to provide the Finance with necessary documents for smooth monthly closing 9. Follow up on suppliers’ payments with the Finance. 10. Handling the non-conformance issues with suppliers. 11. Handling the ordering process of the indirect materials (CAPEX - OPEX) (Approaching Suppliers - Negotiating Prices - Setting Agreements) 12. Handling the suppliers invoices and making sure that the payments are settled on time 13. Building up strong suppliers connections to maintain and ensure the continuity of supply 14. Making suppliers audit through the company's evaluation tool

Logistics ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:1. Responsible for building the company’s logistics platform from scratch. 2. Responsible for wrapping up the courier companies’ deals (Around 7 courier companies such as Aramex, FedEx, Mashaweer, Tawseela .. Etc). 3. Making wireframes for the Warehouse CRM and managing the integration process with both the company’s technical team and the courier companies. 4. Managing the warehouse process (Inbound – Warehousing – Outbound). 5. Manage the procurement process. 6. Managing the fulfillment process. 7. Manage the international shipping process. 8. Manage the performance of handling the logistics complaints through the company’s ticketing system. 9. Managing the logistics and the warehouse operations process for 4 websites (deals.vodafone.com.eg - www.bazaarsetat.com - www.el7a2.com - Vodafone Red Offers.) 10. Establishing consolidated reports to monitor the following performances:  Fulfillment rates per orders and GMV.  Orders statuses.  Payments Reports.  Delivery performance for the courier companies (KPI report).  Fulfillment timelines.  Financial Reports such as the courier cash deposits and Sales margins.

Logistics SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:1. Responsible for tracking all market place shipments and making sure that it meets our service level agreement. 2. Manage the dedicated team performance in the courier companies (service provider). 3. Managing the integration with courier companies like Aramex and Mashaweer. 4. Coordinating between those companies and the technical team. 5. Set logistics strategies to avoid shipping risks. 6. Manage the top seller’s performance by checking the fulfillment rate for each seller. 7. Take care of the dispute and fraud credit card cases. 8. Problem solver and dedicated to handle the bottleneck issues. 9. Establishing consolidated reports to monitor the following performances:  Marketplace and retail fulfillment rates per orders and GMV.  Orders statuses.  OPS sales performance.  Delivery performance for the courier companies (KPI report).
