• Job Details:First-level service quality surveillance, alarm handling, problem escalation & restoration related to bng’s routers from nsp tool. Monitoring the status of the ftth network & its users by live network performance graphs. Using ows system to create & manage trouble tickets for any incident and escalate it to concern team for any drop happens & alarms occurs. Troubleshoot & resolve network issues promptly. Use csa, bmc remedy system to create & receive customer problem tickets & troubleshooting it using nsp tool to solve it. Dispatching, escalating & notification for problems also interacting with different support team. Generate reports on the network performance & incidents. Monitoring alarms related to down sites and access points. Monitoring the network servers from captive portal tool. Monitoring the status of the network and its traffic from traffic trend tools. Check which aps related to access sites down with trm. Using ows system to create & manage trouble tickets for any incident and escalate it to concern team. Troubleshooting on wlc tool to check alarms related to down sites (complete or partial). Dispatched flm teams to sites to check power and telecom issues. Open health check tts to back office to check issues on flapping sites. Generate reports on the network performance & incidents.
