• Job Details:Act as a liaison between the workshop and the vehicle owners.  Take decisions about the service provided and inform the customer with all its details .  Give the customers advices they need and respond to all questions and inquiries they ask about .  Follow up the repair process with the workshop .  Ensure that the service is provided to the fullest and that the customer is satisfied.

Workshop Engineering Team LeaderFull Time

• Job Details:Complete knowledge and usage of KPI system .  Responsible for following up the technicians.  Responsible for organization the flow of the cars in the workshop.  Carry out testing to ensure that the service meet the high standards.  Diagnosis using systematic approach including the use of a diagnostic tool with the vehicle control systems.  Complete reports, job orders, and other documentation in a clear manner to communicate with the team.  Take full responsibility for the quality of work
