• Job Details:▪       Handle the maintenance in the workshop. ▪       Adjust the workloads of employees to match their skills and abilities ▪       Handle diagnoses and preliminary diagnoses on vehicles using corresponding diagnosis tools and aids. ▪       Document diagnosis methods and processes. ▪       Contact the customer for additional information on the malfunction. ▪       Provide the service technicians with an accurate description of the reasons for returning the vehicle to them and assist/ guide him to solve the problem. ▪       Contact technical support department in case of complex technical problems. ▪       Ensure that any parts that need replacing are available in stock. ▪       Handle the training and development of technicians in the division. ▪       Contact the warranty department to ensure the time allowed for warranty and goodwill work is met. ▪       Handle concluding function and quality checks to ensure the sustainability of the repair. ▪       Handle technical products reports on vehicle faults, description of causes and measures. ▪       Fulfill additional tasks as per job needs
