• Job Details:o Supervising control of payroll management system. o Review job offers before issuance comparing with the right grade and the approved payroll & salary scheme. o Preparing the detailed commutative new hire salaries schedule to maintain the required approvals before sending to the finance department for implementation. o prepare the required diversified sectors payroll & compensation modifications costs analysis either groups or individuals for final concerned departments and sectors approvals after HR manager pre final approval o implement the change of status cases and monthly salaries and compensations adjustment decisions including promotions, internal and external transfers, allowances & deductions complying with the approved comp & Ben policies o Participating in new motivational programs through gaining a competitive corporate rates and prices from diversified services providers. o Participating in annual increments costs estimation considering the annual merit increase matrix & forced distributions o supervise employee C&B programs including company private medical insurance program & negotiations with providers to present the best service with lowest prices to company employees o Handling all day to day operation problem that might occur concerning medical treatment and preparing periodical analytical reports against cost and patient medical status by problems types and procedures taken o Participate in the manpower annual planning and control o Help to develop new comp & Ben policies and make sure its well implemented.
