• Job Details:- My target is to manage the recruitment department activities to make the shortage less as much as we can by measuring the performance and creating KPIs for the department and the team. - Key Performance Areas: 1. Managing the recruitment activities by prioritizing the needs and focusing on the short and long solutions 2- Following up with the HRBP in each area to find out the solutions for the turnover 3- Issuing all the needed reports regarding the HC, turnover and to validate the HC numbers of each site, client and branch 4- Monitoring the performance of the recruiters and the department by putting strong KPI's for the team and department 5- Participating in the company pay strategy for the direct employees due to the continuous measurement changes in the market salaries 6- Providing the sales team with the salaries for their quotations or offers 7- Creating, reviewing and maintaining the G4S Egypt recruitment policy with alignment to Africa recruitment policy 8- Following up with all the concerned parties like procurement, facilities finance.... etc. regarding any issues related to the turnover 9- Responsible for the yearly recruitment budget
