• Job Details:Conduct training and coaching sessions to all concerned teams to develop and expand local capabilities in applying continuous improvement tools and methods (Lean, Six Sigma). - Review, ensure daily OEE reports, data gathering, and analysis is done and giving the correct figures. - Lead a daily Performance review meeting and validate a root causes and preventive actions for yesterday performance gaps and follow up status of all agreed open actions. - Lead 5S program to ensure daily and regular GEMBA walk auditing system are conducted and improvement actions are followed up to be closed on time. - Monthly follow up for lines and people capacities to update the nominal capacities and compile into improvement opportunities and impact in loss & waste analysis. - Lead KAIZEN program by ensure idea generation from all departments on monthly bases then review, prioritize and compile into improvement projects.

• Job Details:Responsible to keep operating equipment in the condition to deliver full design duty  ensure plant and equipment run properly when it is required for operation  correct our equipment and machines when the design duty cannot be achieved and then return them to design specification  Maintain assets most profitably for the life of the organization. (Life cycle profit).  Analyst the WOs completeness and share ideas form closure improvement  Conducts field walk downs to identify and document job requirements  Make sure the activities are planned & scheduled with necessary tools / resources / spares to meet the KPIs  Plans jobs with appropriate level of detail for the given skilled trades workforce  Measure, analyst & track all maintenance KPIs (TRS, PM Adherence, OEE, MTTR etc)

• Job Details:Creates all production Manufacturing Orders for all SKUs Subassemblies and confirms all finished goods.  Creating WIP (Work in Progress) and Actual Consumption Monthly Report to Finance Department.  Monitoring working performance, if necessary support with all arising works (e.g. during setting up)  Monitor working performance, verify working results  Have a say in design of workplaces and facilities. the improvement proposals  Analyze defects, reworks and rejects and provide results to quality assurance  Preparation and monitoring of working performance  Preparation of working plans in consideration of capacity (employees, machines and facilities) in consultation with production supervisors and Senior Deponent  Optimizing organizational and manufacturing technical order flows from order entry to shipment  implements Purchase Requests on the SAP and follows it, while monitoring all stocks on SAP and preparation rooms.  Issues monthly requirements for the production department, and all raw materials reservations from warehouse. Report plant performance on a daily basis  Production verification on SAP & stock taking  Analyze & report plant losses on a weekly basis to the plant management & shop floor  Analyze equipment failures & rework/wastes  Audit shop floor for data reliability and continuous feedback on the level of information required  Audit our Visual Displays in terms of information
