I was tasked with the following: - Greeting important clients and providing a special experience in the Dior Boutique. - Managing the sales process by carefully listening to clients' needs, deciding on possible products to present based on what they are looking for, negotiating with clients and listening to their feedback to close the sale, and after-sale services.
