Group Consolidation DirectorFull Time

• Job Details:• Provide comprehensive financial oversight for the Auto & Auto-Related segment across multiple entities, including budgeting, strategic planning, business plan development, and financial modelling. • Lead a team of 200 employees across multiple business units, including ITAMCO, Ghabbour Misr, GB Lease, and GB Drive, ensuring cohesive financial operations and reporting within Ghabbour Group in Jordan, Turkey, and Algeria. • Support the Group CFO by addressing complex accounting matters, managing the external audit process, and providing detailed solutions to technical accounting issues. • Consolidate and analyse business unit performance to produce comprehensive periodic management reports, budgets, and forecasts. • Oversee the consolidation of interim and year-end external reports, taking ownership of IFRS consolidation journals to guarantee compliance with financial standards and regulatory requirements. • Act as a strategic partner to the Investor Relations and Group Strategic Planning & Performance teams, supplying accurate financial insights, and engaging in external KPI tracking and consensus reporting. • Review and manage period-end reporting for holding companies, pension accounting, and any related financial disclosures, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance across all financial documentation.

Dupty Audit ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Planning, Supervision and Review of Financial statements in various sectors( Manufacturing, pharmaceutical, Trading, Service, Oil & Gas and Automotive manufacturing and trading ) Assist the engagement manager in the development of the expected scope and conduct of the audit; Prepare the planned activities prior to the start of significant fieldwork; Resolve issues with the engagement team member as they arise and discuss them with the engagement manager, as appropriate; Review engagement working papers. Foreign Reporting in accordance with the Group Audit Requirements. Internal Control Reviews and reporting on the control environment to local management and Group for multinational clients. Attend KPMG trainings conducted by firm (Audit and Accounting). Gave presentations on topics such as audit of financial statements and KPMG Audit Manual.
