• Job Details:-Startup and Operation chilled water system in the Central Utility Complex DCP in the Chinese Towers district. - Conduct daily equipment inspections and carried out necessary repairs. - Operation of Chiller and deliver chilled water to the load in the required Building - Monitoring operation of equipment and evolution their performance. - Operation Pumps, Cooling Towers and alteration program between the equipment so to have equal operating hours. - Responsibility of the manual Make-up system and Domestic system - Maintain the pressure and temperature across all the Infrastructure Network - Preparation of documents such as Daily report, Weekly report Monthly Report & Monitoring sheets. - Supervision the Technicians and evaluation their KPIs. - Finalize the invoice issued with the clients - Conduct meetings with technicians to discuss the feedback on operation and schedule the daily operation work - Conduct meetings with the client to get the feedback of the work and negotiate the invoices.

Mechanical Site EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:-Supervision the technician work. -Technical writings (weekly, monthly, semi-annual, annually) -Maintenance . -Monitoring the Mechanical operation system for the server sites. -Schedule Maintenance programs for the mechanical system in the site to enhance the preventive maintenance. -Control the Technicians and evaluate their KPI -Corrective Maintenance -HVAC system, DX Package, HVAC Units; -Firefighting, FM200 & Fire alarm -Diesel Generator Maintenance
