• Job Details:Review procurement data and information in the e-procurement system. Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with organizational units to provide various technical and logistical requirements. Review, confirm, document, inform those concerned about organizational units' procurement requests, and update you in the procurement records. Preparing supplier data and updating it continuously. Suggest any new ideas that will improve the efficiency of procurement for the direct supervisor. - Coordination in order to conduct technical analysis of the offers and ensure their compliance with the standards and requirements of the Authority. - Perform any other tasks assigned to him by the direct supervisor.
