• Job Details:Responsible for chemical analysis like : Raw milk, pasteurized milk Prepared batches of, milk, fermented milk.and cheese. Finished products of, milk, fermented milk.and cheese . Raw and treatment water samples. Responsible for microbiological analysis regarding: Raw milk, raw materials, pasteurized milk and cheese. Raw milk silos. Prepared batches of cheese , milk, fermented milk. Finished products of cheese , milk, fermented milk. UHT milk and juice Apply GLP of Chemical laboratories. Apply safety practices and ensuring the cleaning and arrangement of the workplace. Ensure the calibration of all the instruments. Perpare all the required Chemicals and solutions.
