- Job Details:· Responsible for the proper planning and implementation of EMP projects before its live launch, to ensure the projects’ compliance with clients’ requirements and time frame as well as adhering to company procedures / process. · Ensure full understanding of the client requirements and assist the client in selecting the proper products and services that meet its needs in coordination with the Sales & Marketing. · Build the project plan and time frame for each project upon the requirements and features requested by the bank. · Manage internally with Card Operation Department Managers and other involved teams the setting of the initial target date & assigned tasks per service as per the card operation plan. · Document all data related to the project and ensure that all documentations related to the project are stored and archived to facilitate their regeneration. · Provide a full status report every 2 weeks to the Management Committee displaying the status of each project. · Follow up, execute, monitor & control the project implementation in coordination with other involved Departments/parties to meet the pre-set project plan. · Working directly with different Issuing and Acquiring payment systems , which led to great knowledge in the different payment systems rules and processes VISA, MasterCard, American express (Amex), Diners & China union pay (CUP). · Conduct weekly conference calls and meetings with clients to discuss project tasks and progress. · Managing project closure involving releasing final deliverable to the customers, handing over project documentation, preparing project hand-over report. · Project Management Skills Summary: · An experienced Project Manager with the ability to initiate/manage cross-functional teams and multi- disciplinary projects. · Design, Build & Control PMO System , process & procedures · Critical thinking | Decision making | Problem solving | Planning | Organizing | Executing · Influencing | Leading | Negotiating | Delegating | Conflict resolution | Adaptability | Tolerance · Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal. · Exceptional planning, prioritizing, organizing and execution skill · Open to learn new things and a fast learner with high stress tolerance levels. · Scoping, Planning, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management; Communication, Reporting, Resource Management & Time Management. · Accurate project status report, · Keep projects on budget, · Customer Satisfaction, · Escalation On Time · Supporting EMP clients (more than 100 banks) during their test, pilot and live phases. · Technical Account Manager for a number of banks in Nigeria, Ghana, Gambia and Guinea · Dealing with third parties (Payment systems, Vendors, Service providers). · Troubleshooting and assisting other card center departments (Chargeback, Settlement, Customer Service, etc…) in investigations. · Analyzing information and preparing reports to enhance productivity and make plans for general performance enhancement. · Making Plans to ensure business continuity without interruption. · Making suggestions for tasks automation and minimizing manual intervention. · Giving banks staff training sessions to more than 50 banks inside and outside Egypt using English, Arabic languages.
