• Job Details:Design Manager for the Design team, responsible for cooperate and review design deliverables starting from the preliminary design phase to the Tender/ construction documents, coordination with all trades and reviewing submissions though all project phases. My role also include the preliminary design for architectural/ interior design of all spaces, communicate with client through weekly design meetings to get all needed requirements and implement and track all these requirements from the preliminary phase. preliminary design includes drawings, presentations, 3D renders. BIM system is used for all projects from through the project phases controlling and reviewing drawings, bills of quantities and project cost ensuring that the project is not exceeding the project capex. Portfolio of selected works is available once needed
