• Job Details:Preparing the monthly production plan based on client orders, forecasted demand on FG items (taking into account seasonality), and the availability of their components. Follow-up with the production departments to ensure adherence to the production plan, and issuing plan updates when necessary (e.g. upon receipt of a new unforeseen large and urgent orders, etc.). Issuing detailed daily and monthly reports showing the %age of production department adherence to the plan for each product, product line, and product category. Coordination of FG delivery to the local clients according to their destinations, order urgency, current and expected availability of FG items. Maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) of the Finished Goods (FG) in the planning system, and updating them if necessary in cooperation with the engineering department. Performing monthly demand forecast on FG items, and determining the availability of the associated components and packaging materials accordingly.

Production EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Production Planning (scheduling and synchronization). Dealing with emergency and unplanned problems and repairs. Responding immediately to machinery breakdowns. Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment. Overhauling and replacing parts according to schedule.
