• Job Details:1.Member of plant quality audit team ' QAST ,and member of plant sensory team, Member of Safety team . 2.PepsiCo Quality University (PQU) member and passed food safety specialist level 1, Quality control specialist level 1, Microbiology specialist level1 and In plant sensory programme level 1. 3. Testing raw materials such as CO2, sugar and package material,Testing syrup, finished beverage, treated water and stability samples. 4. Analyze samples of domestic water, treated water to ensure that it meets Pepsico water specification 5. Using standard laboratory equipment: Conducts tests for free chlorine, total chlorine, total solids, alkalinity, pH, turbidity, and other substances. 6. Perform routine analytical on-line testing in compliance with the predetermined sampling plan to ensure that finished beverage product meets quality standard. 7. Monitors and records Brix, CO2, titratable acidity (TA) and net content as required and make proper adjustment as necessary to ensure product quality within Pepsi specification. 8. Test finished product and final package for quality parameters. Analyze and respond to results as needed. Initiate root cause analysis with team members to identify and implement corrective action. 9. Audit container rinsers, air blowers, filters, and coders to ensure proper operations 10. Utilize and calibrate a wide variety of laboratory equipment including a Carbo-QC, Densitometer, Refractormeter, Torque tester, Degassing, Top load, pH meter,Conductivity meter etc 11. Calibrate and Prepare test solutions, compounds or reagents for laboratory to conduct tests. 12. Lead lines sanitation and deep cleaning duties as needed and ensures proper sanitation and cleaning of production lines before start up and during production. 13. • Job Details:Leading team of 3 chemists in microbiology and physio and R&D Lab Responsible for preparing all types of samples and send them for examination in USA labs . - Example all types of skin care & hair products cream,gel,oils,liquid soaps,dettol,hand gel sanitizers, hair removal cream etc. - Responsible for preparing batches form which contains the ingredients to work with in production lab. - Flow-up with QC team and detect errors to manage and solve the problems. - Collecting all types of results from QC team and prepare charts and send reports directly to QC manager & factory manager. -Participate in preparing for ISO 9001,14001& 18001 until getting the certificate . 20/
