• Job Details:o Site: Sinai Cement Company - El Areesh - Egypt. o Supervising and following up inspection activities (Cement mills – Packing area – Utility area). o Using equipment history to build the preventive and predictive maintenance plan. o Follow up the spare parts level from the SAP & ARTEC or direct from the store to identify the re-order point for the stock. o Work on publish TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance ) as a strategy factor as a tool for each equipment. o Build a spare parts system by using the equipment catalogues if it does not exist in the factory. o Make the Lubrication and greasing plan as recommended by the manufacturer or by our team observation to ensure long life for the item being lubricated or greased ( Bearing , chains , slide bearings , ….. etc.) . o Participate in Kaizen events to make amendments on equipment to solve problems because of poor manufacturer design or to make work easier to the production team. o Make daily check lists to have good awareness and knowledge by the equipment attitude. o Try to achieve the OEE (overall equipment efficiency) by reducing unplanned down time and to take the corrective action with the shortest time. o Training technicians to use maintenance management beside the technical side. o Always available with the production team during the shift to make sure all equipment are in good working conditions. o Performing inspection on products and fabrications released from the workshop or the stock.
