• Job Details:Head of the shift and responsible for the safety team in the shift . Responsible for the assessment of the safety team in my shift and putting their performance evaluation KPI . Doing a risk assessment for activities and workplaces and the activities under implementation. Investigate accidents and analyze root causes to develop corrective action plans. Conducting lectures to educate and increase the safety culture for workers and engineers periodically. Perform routine work site monitoring to ensure safety measures are in place. Supervision of contractors in the factory, periodic inspection of them and workers, and follow-up of their compliance with instructions and permits.
