• Job Details:I'm working in two projects: Cairo Metro New project (Line 3) + New station (The New Marg) in Line 1 My Responsibilities: • Responsible for making (FAT) for all electrical substations components as power & control cables, transformers, rectifiers, electrical panels, protection devices and so on either in or out of Egypt • Mainly the unique responsible for making all testing and commissioning procedures for all MV(20KV & 11KV) and LV electrical substations before drag them in service to be sure that they are ready to be used safely. • High ability to cooperate with AC and DC systems and correct any electrical malfunctions • Monitoring installations of all substations components to consistently meet rigorous customer (National Authority of Tunnels) requirements and to avoid any problems during SAT which were due to the wrong installation. • The unique responsible for making after sales service (guarantee period) corrective, preventive and protective maintenance for all power supply sub stations components for 10 substations in line 3 from El ATTABA station to HAROUN station and the substations of EL ABBASIA trains’ workshop • After guarantee period finishing, I was responsible for making collection of all required spare parts to supply to Cairo metro company • Making periodic injections for a lot of kinds of protection devices like different kinds of relays, SEPCOS (SECHRON product) to monitor and protect traction circuit breakers, SEPAM (SCHNIEDER product)to monitor and protect MVCB and so on • Responsible for continuous training my team members like junior engineers, supervisors and technicians The Required Qualifications: 1- Bachelor degree in electrical Engineering 2- Experience in electrical stations and substations installation, test & commissioning, maintenance and repair.
