- Job Details:Take ownership and complete oversight with minimal supervision in regard to the conduction of proactive and predictive maintenance activities to enhance equipment reliability, assess assets’ health, diagnose assets’ fault conditions, and provide an early warning for potential equipment failures to alleviate and mitigate the onset of costly breakdowns. Take initiative for identifying condition monitoring unit training needs and chances for continuous improvement.Conduct route‐based periodical data acquisitions for vibration signatures of plant and fields equipment. Spectral and waveform analysis to assess the equipment condition as per the classifications of ISO or API vibration guidelines, or others, following any faults progression or spectral variations. Set up and perform diagnostic vibration surveys using high frequency, high‐resolution, spectral zoom, cross‐phase measurements, PeakVue™ HFD technique, and impact testing. Data acquisition and analysis are conducted using the Emerson CSI™ 2130 MHA (2‐channel) and the Asset Management Software Machinery Health Management (AMS MHM). Manage and modify measurements database and survey routes for the purposes of modification, addition, or elimination of existing or new vibration measures, and new equipment incorporation into the database, using the AMS MHM software. Coordinate with the workshop manager and plan the execution of the necessary proactive maintenance activities, such as oil sampling, data acquisition, shaft alignment, soft foot check, and shaft run‐out measurement, as needed. Originate permits and isolation certificates (PTW system) to authenticate maintenance activities, complying with HSE regulations, approvals, and recommendations. Conduct pre‐job Tool Box Talk (TBT) with the crew to discuss and inform them on the job activities and nature, safety precautions, tooling, tasks assignment, ... etc. Survey newly commissioned equipment for site acceptance testing (SAT) and acquisition of equipment baseline data, following the acceptance limits in relevant ISO or API standards, or OEM guidelines. Recommend corrective actions and generate work orders using CMMS systems, namely "IRMS" and "First GMS" CMMS systems. Correct shaft alignment using dial gauges Face & Rim method and hand calculations or laser alignment using the portable CSI™ 2130 MHA and CSI™ 8215 Alignment kit. Compose detailed and brief technical reports for maintenance department heads and stakeholders. Acquire online and offline data for shaft displacement using Bently Nevada 3300 XL proximity probes system in a MafiTrench EC3 Turbo Expander Unit. Liaise with the instruments maintenance team to address any suspected electrical faults in the BN 3300 XL system. Mentor less‐experienced staff and deliver on‐the‐job (OTJ) training for engineers and technicians on vibration data acquisition, vibration analysis, precision shaft alignment, and the use of the AMS MHM software. Originate requisitions for needed non‐stocked devices accessories, parts, and tools, recommend OEMs and suppliers, and evaluate technical offers. Follow up on stocked quantities of parts and consumables, and inform the maintenance planning team to request expedited delivery if needed. Collect oil samples periodically for analysis by a 3rd party lubricant analysis laboratory. - Review the oil analysis results using Horizon® electronic reports service, and assess the recommended corrective actions. - Compose routine daily and monthly activities reports.

I reviewed the package's BOM and cooler performance data sheet and identified that the cooler was not properly sheaved and was operating at a de‐rated speed.
