• Job Details:o Identifying and evaluating potential locations for the company’s expansion. o Preparing Technical reports for new locations. o Carrying out technical negotiations of new leasing contracts with Landlords. o Managing all new store Fit-out projects through all phases • Assist design team through design phase • Managing approvals process with Tenant Coordination, Authorities, Landlords, …...etc. • Managing tenders • Approve on Contractors Projects plans • Monitoring Contractors site daily works • Takeover projects after completion and doing inspections according to company’s quality standards • Handover Stores to Operations o Organizing maintenance, Renovation, Modifications and Repairmen processes of all 20 Stores across Egypt with Total 23000 Sq. M. o Controlling progress payments of contractors. o Projects Delivered: • LC Waikiki – City Stars Mall (Dec. 2016) (1000 Sq. M.) • LC Waikiki – Pyramids St. (Feb. 2017) (1600 Sq.
