- Job Details:To drive the Business Banking sales process through developing relationships with key targeted clients and attracting NTB customers that suit the Business banking criteria, to maximize market penetration and achieve the annual Budgeted plan. Effectively handling up to 100 relationships with average total portfolio of LE 500M 1. Grow current business, maximize customer penetration, and meet set business plan through conducting sales meetings with targeted clients 2. Attract new Business banking companies to maximize Bank’s liabilities, assets, and trade finance as well as cross selling CIB’s affiliates 3. Offer Business Banking products to targeted customers based on their size and segment to best suit their needs 4. Respond and follow up on sales inquiries for targeted clients to comply with the set level of service & ensure customer satisfaction 5. Handle customers’ complaints properly, directs them to the relevant channels and recommends solutions to evade re-occurrence and ensure they are closed within the set TAT 6. Responsible for the continuous update of the Business Banking customer data & KYC to develop & improve the database with the support of the Business Banking Service Officers . 7. Report inflows and outflows on daily basis to monitor performance against set budgets 8. Prepare Call Memos for current business banking customers to report their market situation frequently through site visits, phone calls and checking the suppliers and buyers’ lists Policies, Processes and Procedures 9. Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner 10. Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the Business Banking department to ensure continuity of work 11. Complies with all CBE regulations

Reporting · Handle customer requests efficiently and raise any problems to the Head Teller/Operation Supervisor in order to meet customer satisfaction & to reach customer delight · Be attentive to any possible frauds and risks and provide customer feedback to direct supervision. · Deviations and exceptions reporting in branch monthly exception report in a timely manner · Policies, Processes and Procedures · Follows all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. · Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures · Adhere to the bank clean desk policy Day- to-day operations · Follows the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the concerned department to ensure continuity of work Compliance · Complies with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks.
