• Job Details:• Preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information and perform day to day finance and accounts operations. • Capable of preparing accurate reports on account payable, account receivable, General Ledger, financial statements, and balance sheet reconciliation. • Preparation of Accounts aging and interest calculation Reports. • Monitoring bank statements and preparing bank reconciliation reports. • Maintaining accurate intercompany accounts and settlements. • Perform cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls. • Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis. • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting transaction practices, maintaining financial statements, and good knowledge of auditing procedures. • Documenting financial transactions by entering, comparing and collecting account information. • Recommending financial actions by analyzing accounting options. • Summarizing current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. • Substantiating financial transactions by auditing documents. • Coordinate with External auditors and the fulfillment of their requirements. • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
