Reporting and Documentation - Maintain detailed records of all fraud alerts, investigations, and resolutions. - Provide regular reports to management on trends, flagged transactions, and fraud prevention effectiveness. 6. Enhancements to Fraud Prevention - Collaborate with external partners, such as Visa or Mastercard, to stay informed about global fraud trends. - Conduct regular audits and tests of system triggers to ensure their effectiveness and adaptability. - Implement predictive risk models using advanced analytics to identify potential fraud before it occurs.
