Export documentation for all orders, following on with finance till all collections are completed. Preparing and arranging custom documentation for our company which is a FREE ZONE. Import Logistics Preparing for vessel bookings for FOB shipments Tracking of all shipments till vessel arrival. Local logistics Arranging transportation for all local deliveries inside egypt for our cargo. Negotiating with different companies for best rates for trucking.

Logistics & marketing executiveFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible of making (Sales orders- invoices - Credit & Debit note) Tracking ( customers outstanding and collection ) Daily update of ( dispatch plan - sales -collection - Production plan). Follow up with transporter and forwarder Coordinate with finance for all payments related to marketing and Logistics Dep Tracking shipments export & local. Documentation for Export shipments. Follow up the Export orders under DAP's Incoterm
