• Job Details:• Overseeing all technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals • Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management • Analyzing the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs • Coordinate team leaders and supervise developers, system admins and other professionals to provide guidance • Control budget and report on expenditure • Draft key objectives, strategies and apply the data for a product to make business decisions • Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies • Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product • Lead, manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners and stakeholder management for a product(s) • Discloses conflicts of interest when required • Align the business and technical teams by building bridge of communications • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
