Job Details:-Responsible for Monitoring progress of the building & oversee the running operations of the building & make sure that it will meet the deadline. -Day-to-day management of the building, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force -Responsible for supervising on columns, slabs, beams, shear walls and reviewing them. -Responsible for coordinating with general surveyor to put points on the building at the needed time and with mechanics and electricians to do their work before slab is poured. -Responsible for coordinating with the Quality control to produce the best outcome. -Providing technical advice and solving problems on building -Preparing building reports and filling in other paperwork -Reviewing & adjusting shop drawings -Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency. -Responsible for Repair and maintenance -Checking of documents including review for compliance with applicable codes, standards, and company procedures.
