- Job Details:I have been working at orange since february 2022 and I gained good experience in different departments in the company I started as a customer service representative in the postpaid department for two months then I moved to the social media department for one month to help the team during ramadan because there were not enough staff after that I joined the orange cash department until august 18 and since january 28 I have been working in the prepaid department until now during my time at orange I learned how to deal with customers solve their problems and explain solutions clearly these skills helped me to be promoted in the orange cash department as a shift manager for one year I was also chosen as one of the best employees every quarter because of my good performance and dedication
