• Job Details:- Managing the recruitment and selection process for job positions by creating job descriptions, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, & manage the selection process. - Responsible for payroll process by calculating employee earnings, deducting taxes, other withholdings , accounting for overtime & bonuses which also includes collecting and maintaining employee payroll data, such as attendance, hours worked, and salary changes. - Designing and implementing HR policies and procedures. - Designing and drafting Key Performance Indicators. - Identify training needs, design & deliver training programs. - Design Employee Engagement programs. - Responsible for onboarding process for new hires within their assigned area & follow up with hiring documents. - Managing employee relations which involves addressing employee concerns and grievances, conducting investigations into employee complaints, and facilitating conflict resolution.
