Marketing ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door. • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution. • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis. • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups. • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors. • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely. • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard-copy brochures and case studies. • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals. • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

Technical Support ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Strengthen Suez Cement Group market leadership and brand awareness through qualitative check up of technical application of the product. • Support the development of approved innovation projects by carrying out the necessary activities in terms of technical support in coordination with group. Innovation Department. • Follow the evolution of standards and regulation for products, in conjunction with the appropriate departments (Technical, Group Technical Center, etc.) ensuring the proper feedback distribution. • Closely monitor customer satisfaction through direct communication and continuous visits in cooperation with Domestics sales function; and propose and implement corrective and preventive actions where necessary through effective internal reporting system. • Deal with any product non-conformities through systematic approach (complain receiving, preliminary investigation, escalation with the Quality Control and Production if needed) till reaching the problem is solved and customer satisfaction is ensured. • Cooperate and involve with relevant functions (sales, marketing) to promote and develop the approved innovation projects and plans. • Maintain customer loyalty and increase sales volumes and profitability by providing pre- and post-sales assistance to the customers for the Products and relative technologies (customized experimentation, qualified testing, consulting…etc.). • Providing pre-sales demonstrations and product education, and after-sales support services. • Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events. • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs. • Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products and services.

Civil maintenance & projects managerFull Time

• Job Details:• Supervise & manage all civil works for the plant, either maintenance or new constructions. • Supervise &manage daily scaffolding activities (erecting & dismantling). • EPC project for new gymnastic hall. • Rehabilitation of dressing room. • Rehabilitation of the main restaurant. • New feeding water pipeline.
