• Job Details:To plan, arrange and assure the availability & the steady supply of all Consumer products from 3PL facilities to distributers Duties & Responsibilities: • Analyze daily replenishments requirement for each distributer to determine product requirements • Executes replenishment orders by reviewing each product in product inquiry to ensure adequate inventory is available at each location • Forecast, gather, input and coordinate inventory activity data to accurately reflect product movement, and ensures product availability for future orders/shipments • Ensures all customers orders prioritized to meet due dates by establishing and enforcing lead-time standards following up with production for outstanding orders • To liaise with the customer for delivery dates, plan for the transportation schedule, lead time and minimum balance calculation per distribution centers • To issue all invoices and credit notes for the delivered products to customers and ensure clean books from customer deliveries • Monitoring warehouse stock levels and report closing inventory • Liaise with all demand planners & 3PL team weekly meeting to identify the Product’s requirements & priorities • Prepare weekly and monthly to-market/gross sales report and any other reports as required. • Contribute to team effort by working professionally with Finance, IT, Planning and Commercial groups to achieve targets • Report weekly &Monthly OTIF for ELY Region and recognize supply constrains behind supply delay • Coordinate with local production factory on monthly production plan, delivery schedule, product availability, sample request and loading requirements, and order confirmation. • Raise the planned productions PO on the system • Manage 3PL for required local production deliveries as per the plan • Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through accurate and fast processing of sales order • Ensures all customers orders prioritized to meet due dates by establishing and enforcing lead-time standards following up with production for outstanding orders

• Job Details:Duties & Responsibilities: To manage the customs clearance operations for the Consumer imported Custom Clearance • Manage all GSK Consumer imported shipments from different sites • Manage customs clearance agents to ensure work is done in an efficient and compliant manner. • Review prior shipping docs, PL shelf life, registration status to give green light • Prepare & ensure that all shipping documentation is correct and processed in a timely manner. • Follow up with clearance agent on the progress of each shipment • Supervise the activities related to M.O.H sampling, releasing, documentation and analysis of materials to precede the batches release as per the regulations of quality and system. • Enforce a robust, simplified, standardized, world class Supply Chain operations for the clearance and warehousing areas through clear SOPs • Keeping records of all demur rages, detentions, etc. and follow up with the concerned buyers for settlements and implements preventive actions to avoid customs penalties. • Examining invoices and shipping manifests for conformity to tariff and customs regulations
