• Job Details:Testing and evaluating new technology and participating in evaluating (pilot test) new applications that will be published in the organization.  Configuring and managing Data Availability Group (DAG) for MS Exchange 2010 &2013 mailbox database server high availability.  Working on Virtualizations environment technology (Microsoft Hyper V and VMware ESXI).  Installing and configuring Cisco UCS Blade Servers.  Installing and managing backup system using Symantec backup exec solution 2010, 2012 and 2014.  Installing and managing Windows Server Microsoft active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.  Installing and managing corporate antivirus systems Kaspersky Endpoint security antivirus, Kaspersky Secure Mail Gateway and Kaspersky Anti-Spam.  Installing, configuring and managing (Servers, Tape Libraries, SAN Storage, smart UPS and PDU’s).  Providing effective technical support in hardware and software issues including diagnosis and troubleshooting.
