• Job Details:- Attended sessions about financial literacy and Soft skills. - Participated with my team on designing a new capacity building program for fresh gradates. - Delivered an online session about financial literacy and personal financial management to +50 of university students.

• Job Details:Have known more about HR Functions and concepts, MPP, Evaluation system and much knowledge about HRM. - Have learnt and did many tasks during my internship in each HR department at the Group. ≈The Recruitment department: Have known how to Schedule, Conduct Interviews and the process of testing applicants. ≈ The Personnel department: Have known the process of preparing employees files, hiring documentation and all the Governmental procedures for issuing Health and Social Insurance. ≈ The L&D department: Got to know information about it and about designing TNA. - Worked on two projects during the period of internship program: ≈ The first project was about designing an Internship Program with Evaluations for interns. ≈ The second project was about Employees Engagement and Loyalty specifically for blue collars as we have introduced many activities that will increase the loyalty of employees to the Group.
