• Job Details:● Performing all the operational functions related to cash area including cash, non-cash transactions and providing a superior service level to all customers as follow: - Managing the branch daily cash needs with Head of Teller for better coordination of cash shipments between the branch and central vault. - Maintaining zero cash shortages and excesses at counter to ensure maximum control on cash balance. - Handling efficiently custody items, and keys as per custodian matrix and relevant. - Maintaining accurate checking on all end of day reports, documents and rectifying of highlighted discrepancies to ensure all controls and procedures are adhered to. - Spotting any potential selling opportunity and referring it to concerned parties.
