Escalate cases to the appropriate team for resolution. ▪ Configure and optimize customer routers for ADSL, VDSL, and FTTH connections to ensure seamless internet performance. ▪ Conduct on-site technical visits for new installations and troubleshooting, setting up ADSL, VDSL, Super Vector, and FTTH connections for residential and business customers. ▪ Manage the distribution and assignment of customer premises equipment (CPE), including routers, repeaters, access points, mobile accessories, and WE Air devices. ▪ Conduct daily and weekly inventory audits to ensure all network equipment (routers, adapters, access points, etc.) is accounted for and operational. ▪ Oversee stock management by verifying incoming routers and network equipment, ensuring accurate stock records by verifying serial numbers, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
