• Job Details:Project: Seashore (Hyde Park Ras El hikmah) Location: Ras El hikmah Consultant: MIMAR Contractor: IBS-Integrated Building Systems (Subsidiary of Mobica Group) • Coordinate with other Technical Office engineers to produce shop drawings with a focus on aesthetics and cost control. • Prepare Architectural Shop drawings. • Issuing submittal of all materials used in the projects. • Coordinate structural, electrical, and mechanical designs, and determine a method of presentation to graphically represent building plans. • Prepare and submit detailed documents (RFI’s, RFP’s, MIR’s...etc.) Quantity Surveyor Engineer Project: Tessera (Palm Hills Alexandria) Location: Alexandria Consultant: EHAF Contractor: IBS-Integrated Building Systems (Subsidiary of Mobica Group) • Prepare subcontractors invoices and client invoice. • Prepare and submit detailed documents (DOS…etc.) • Follow up shop drawings changes to prepare and submit variation orders.

Senior ArchitectFull Time

• Job Details:• Making as-built drawings, shop drawings. • Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections • Compile project specifications • Issuing submittal of all materials used in the projects. • Coordinate with other Technical Office engineers to produce shop drawings with a focus on aesthetics and cost control. • Coordinate structural, electrical, and mechanical designs, and determine a method of presentation to graphically represent building plans. • Resolve arising conflicts between various design components. • Layout and plan interior design arrangements using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software. • Determine and direct procedures and instructions to be followed according to design specifications and quantity of required materials. • Keep within budgets and timelines • Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations according to the Saudi building code • Follow architectural trends and advancements

Senior Quality Control EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Preparation of the Project Specific Quality Plan, Quality Control Procedures, Inspection & Test Plans. • Controlling all inspection activities at site . • Handling of permanent works items, in-process, final and off-site inspection activities. • Completion of necessary documentation to verify the works performed. • Ensuring that inspection requests are implemented and relevant logs maintained. • Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements. • Issue of Non Conformance Reports (NCR's) and the necessary follow-up for Corrective actions & reventive Actions.
